Tablas Creek Tasting + Small plates from Long Story Short!

Tablas Creek Tasting + Small plates from Long Story Short!

Wednesday, September 29th. 5:30-9 p.m. $40 (includes 6 wines and Lamb kofta)

Tablas Creek is one of the most influential wineries in California. Situated on the famed limestone soils on the west side of Paso Robles, they produce Rhone varietal wines from biodynamic farmed estate vineyards. A pioneer in many ways, they are also considered America's first certified Regenerative Organic winery. The three pillars of regenerative organics are soil health, animal welfare and social fairness. By adopting these specific practices of regenerative organics, Tablas Creek is breaking the cycle of broken agricultural systems while producing world class wines.

Please join us on Wednesday, September 29th from 5:30 to 9 p.m. for a tasting of 6 wines from Tablas Creek Winery plus a Lamb kofta (a delicious lamb skewer wrap) from lamb raised on the winery. The food will be prepared by Chef(s) Elliott and Kelly Townsend. Additionally, they will be offering a separate small plates menu to add on to the delicious wrap. A limited number of tickets are available.
