The Marioni 2020 Rademacher Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon is a shining example of this principle. Organic vines exist in a living ecosystem with ample ground cover and teeming life all around. The wine gives old school Cab Sauv vibes. Layered notes of Eucalyptus, brooding dark fruit, tobacco and spice. Structured fruit tannins offer longevity and texture. No sulfites added. One of the best natural wine iterations of Cali Cab we’ve come across in years!
