Sourced from two small organic vineyards composed of the native varieties of Brancellao, Caiño Longo, Sousón, Carabuñeira, Ferrón, Merenzao. Harvested and fermented together. 2/3 whole cluster native yeast fermentation. Aged in neutral French barrels and stainless steel for 13 months.
