A dense, structured blend of Carignan, Syrah and Cinsault grown in the clay-limestone soils of Puimisson in the Languedoc.  Produced in the Solera method, blending several vintages together, this wine exhibits a youthful fruit profile tampered by the spice and earth components from the older portion of the cuvee.
